Automatic refunds
You're refunded automatically (no action needed) when any of the following happens to a paid dream:
- The render fails due to an error on our side or our model provider
- The dream is refused by our safety system (your prompt didn't pass moderation)
- The job times out and never completes
- We're charged twice for the same dream
Automatic refunds are issued through Stripe and typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days.
Requested refunds
If your dream rendered successfully but you're not happy with the result, email support@showyourdream.com within 7 days of purchase with your Stripe receipt and a short note on why. We'll review case-by-case. Common outcomes:
- Full refund — if you couldn't share the dream
- Re-render credit — if you'd like to try a different prompt
- Decline — if the dream renders as described but you changed your mind for unrelated reasons
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback. We're a small team and almost always resolve issues within a day. Chargebacks filed without attempting to contact us first may result in account suspension.
EU / UK consumers
If you're in the EU or UK, your statutory right to a 14-day "cooling-off period" applies until you actually generate a dream. Once we begin rendering a paid dream at your request, the cooling-off right is waived for that specific render (because the digital content has been supplied). Your other consumer rights are unaffected.
