Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Show Your Dream. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian. Some features (like paid renders) may require you to be 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

We may identify you by browser fingerprint, email, or account ID. You're responsible for activity that happens under your access. Free credits reset daily; paid credits are non-transferable and are tied to the account that purchased them.

You agree not to use Show Your Dream to generate content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. We refuse and remove content that breaks those rules, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly attempt to.

You retain ownership of the prompts and descriptions you submit. We claim no rights to your dreams. By using the service you grant Show Your Dream a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transcode, and display your dreams so we can operate the service.

If you mark a dream as public, you additionally grant us a license to display it in our public feed, share previews, and marketing. You can make a dream private or delete it at any time.

Videos generated by Show Your Dream are produced by third-party AI models. Output is provided "as is." You're responsible for reviewing a dream before sharing or using it outside the service. See our AI Content Disclosure.

Paid dreams are billed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and may include local taxes. Failed or refused renders are refunded automatically. See our Refund Policy.

The Show Your Dream name, logo, and software are owned by us. Don't copy our brand, scrape our service in bulk, or attempt to extract model weights or proprietary prompts. Report copyright infringement via our DMCA process.

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, threaten the integrity of the service, or attempt to abuse other users.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

• We don't guarantee specific render quality or turnaround time.
• We don't guarantee availability — the service may have outages.
• We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in-product or by email.
