Our queue runs on a per-minute rotation. If you're stuck for more than a few minutes, refresh the job page — if it still hasn't started, we'll surface a stuck state with a link to try again. Free attempts that get stuck don't burn your daily quota.
If a paid render fails we refund automatically within 24 hours. For free renders, you can try again immediately — failed attempts don't count toward your daily limit.
We refuse dreams that violate our Acceptable Use Policy — for example, sexual content involving minors, real-person depictions without consent, or instructions for real-world harm. If you believe your dream was refused incorrectly, email support@showyourdream.com with the dream ID.
Paid dreams only consume credit on successful render. If you see a charge but no dream, email support@showyourdream.com with your Stripe receipt — we'll refund or re-render.
Open the share page for the dream you want to remove, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete dream." Deleted dreams are removed from the public feed immediately and purged from storage within 30 days.
